MARZ will exchange merchandise in its original condition (including the packaging when you first received it within 14 days from the date of purchase when accompanied by the receipt. We will not exchange merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged. Subject to applicable legal requirements, all exchanges will only be made in the form of merchandise replacement. All sale items and defects for grab item are final sale and non-exchangeable, and non-returnable. No returns are allowed on any SALE items and scarves, except for if flaws in quality are found (as long as the hangtag has not been removed). In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns on any item (other than SALE and scarf) that is unworn and has the hang-tag intact. This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship or torn material. Please contact us at email@example.com to approve a return. We reserve the right to deny a refund to the sender without prior return approval. MARZ will accept only unworn items for returns within 14 days when the item was delivered to you.
Returning for a refund; Process.
Any approved returned item need a receipt proof bought from us and must be in its original condition, and all tags need to be intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
To return your product for a refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $80, you should consider using a registered mail or trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item in normal mail.
